It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before making a purchase. Lava Hemp USA is not liable for any use of our products in jurisdictions where they are prohibited.
Product Use Disclaimer
All products sold by Lava Hemp USA are hemp-derived and comply with the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill, containing less than zero point three percent (0.3%) Delta-9 THC by dry weight (unless otherwise specified for Oregon CBD-only shipments). However, hemp cannabinoids can affect individuals differently, and psychoactive or intoxicating effects are possible. You agree to use all products responsibly and understand that we do not make medical claims or guarantees about effects, results, or benefits.
Do not use our products if you are pregnant, nursing, operating heavy machinery, or under the influence of alcohol or other substances. Always consult your physician before use.
Shipping Policy
We aim to ship orders within one (1) business day, but processing times may extend to five (5) business days during sales or high-volume periods.
Bulk, wholesale, or custom orders may require up to three (3) weeks for fulfillment.
Please include special delivery needs in your order comments or email customer service at the time of purchase.
We only ship within the United States and its territories. We do not ship internationally.
Due to varying state laws, we do not restrict products based on legality, except in Oregon, where only CBD products may be shipped.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their purchases are lawful in their delivery location.
Once your order has been handed off to the selected shipping carrier, Lava Hemp USA is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses incurred in transit.
Returns & Refunds Policy
All refund or return requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery.
We may require faulty items to be returned for inspection. Failure to return the item as described may void your claim.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
Flavor, scent, or perceived strength
Clogging or other performance issues due to user handling
Personal effects or dissatisfaction with how a product made you feel
All clearance or sale items are final sale and not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.
Refunds or replacements are issued at our sole discretion based on product inspection and customer communication.
Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely via our third-party payment gateway. We do not store payment information on our servers. Orders are not processed or shipped until full payment is received and verified.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Lava Hemp USA are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Limitation of Liability
Lava Hemp USA shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
Use or misuse of our products
Delays or errors in shipping
Incompatibility with other substances or medications
Improper storage or use
Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with any product or service is a refund per the policies outlined above, where applicable.
