However, during high-volume periods such as sales, promotions, or holidays, fulfillment may be delayed by up to five business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
Bulk, wholesale, and custom orders may require additional lead time, with fulfillment taking up to three weeks depending on the product type, customization requirements, and order volume. If you have specific delivery needs or deadlines, please contact our team when placing your order by including a note in the order comments or emailing us at [email protected].
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the selected shipping carrier, Lava Hemp USA is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, damage, or other issues that may occur during transit. Any shipping-related concerns should be addressed directly with the carrier whenever possible.
We currently ship only within the United States and its territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to state regulations and company policy, Lava Hemp USA does not sell or ship any products to the State of Oregon. Orders with a shipping address in Oregon will not be processed and will be canceled and refunded.
