Requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. To initiate a claim, please contact our customer service team with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos or documentation. If a return is approved, we may require the product(s) in question to be sent back to us for inspection. Refusal to return requested items, or returning items in a condition not consistent with your original claim, will result in the cancellation of the return or refund.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for issues related to flavor, smell, or clogging, as these are either subjective or affected by factors beyond our control, such as storage conditions or user handling. Additionally, because cannabinoids and terpene profiles can affect individuals differently, we do not issue refunds or exchanges based on how a product made you feel. If you are unfamiliar with a cannabinoid or strain, we recommend starting with a small quantity before purchasing in bulk.
